After a week of hard labour the school reopened this week with lots of new areas for pupils, staff and visitors.
What do you think of the new areas in your school?
Is there anything you think needs added straight away?
Is there anything you're less happy about?

I think this school is making an improvement but I have heard stories. A pupil told me that another pupil in this school got hit on the back of the head by a spanner. This is dangerous. The pupil could have died if hit in the right place. The pupils of this school should not be here if there is still work going on!

Well I dont like the face that the school work is going on when we are there it is making improvment but its disurbing classes and the school its self. I have heard alot of stories like celins clapsing people getting hurt from things like this and 1 girl broke her neck! This is very very dangerus.

the school is a mess- an utter dump. there is drilling now and there is dirt. wires hang from the roof and the floors are rough. this is no exageration- the pupils want better without disruption!

with wires hanging from the ceiling and uneven floors eg the link corridor by cdt, another day starts..........
music exams are on. this means nervous children trying their best to gain a new grade by impressing an external examiner. meanwhile, outside the 'meeting room' where the exam took place, a builder a drilling a door.
oh, then in geography we were continually disrupted by the loud drilling and banging from c floor. thiss was to an extent that the floor was moving- no hyperbole. it was our last lesson before our prelim.
we were also told that our prelims are to be sat in the gym hall.

the cashless catering system will come into action on the 20th April. By using our Young Scot Smartcards, we will beable to 'top-up' the cards at any of the 4 points. Two will be situated in the transit and two in the dining room. this should reduce the que waiting times. x

Posted by: anon | March 07, 2005 at 05:54 PM

the school needs to bring back the 6th yr common room because the small dining room is no where near good enough n the seating is horrible and not big enough!
